What is a Personality Test?

The HorizonWits Skills Personality Assessment is built on a core theory that explains how people’s behavioral traits vary in different situations, resulting in various personality types. The test is based on the idea that the global population can be categorized into 16 different personality types.

These are grouped into four pairs of opposing traits:

  • Extraversion (E) vs. Introversion (I)
  • Intuition (N) vs. Sensing (S)
  • Thinking (T) vs. Feeling (F)
  • Judging (J) vs. Perceiving (P)

Each letter (E-I, N-S, T-F, J-P) reflects a specific personality preference.
